i have napster and i was wondering if anyone had some good links where i could download a good alternive to napster

I use Audiogalaxy (http://www.audiogalaxy.com) It works a little different than napster. You have to go their website to pick songs. But by doing that you can put up a list that you want and it will get them when they become available.
