Question about private messaging

When I pm someone in Toonzone, does anyone else have access to these messages? Do the moderators or the staff have the right to look in my pms, or have access to them, and what I have wrtten...Can anyone answer this?

Anyone with access to the database can view PM's. It's unlikely they will be moderated at all though.

Moderators don't have access to other member's inboxes. It can only be done by hacking the systems, but noone has ever done that and noone ever will, so you don't have to worry about mods reading your PMs.

Mods wouldn't because they "usually" have no admin CP access. Admins, especially root admins may be another matter. I've not been able to see any workings of a FTP board (never could get mine to load :sweat:) but I've seen people asking if admin readable PM's were a possible addition to the free board programs. Some may have this feature but I believe most do not.

Email generated from the board is another matter, even free boards let root admmins access them.

The demo board doesn't show any email or PM logs under "logs and Statistics" (I wonder what it says in "User Reputation" :sweat: )
