My inbox is flooded with PMs. How do I delete them?

Before you get rid of your messages, you may want to save them.


Towards the bottom of the page under "Download all Private Messages as :" there are links to save messages as XML, CSV, or TEXT.



Delete messages by selecting its' check box way at the right of the screen,
then go to the bottom of the page to the Selected Messages drop box and select Delete, press GO and they are gone.

Just to be thorough, you should have two folders, an Inbox and a Sent Items.
You can navigate to it by going to the top of the page under the Jump to Folder.

And clear your tracked messages by going to Control Panel -> Track Messages

Go to your message box. Click the check boxes next to the ones you want to delete (or the top check box to select them all). Go down to the bottom where there's a drop menu that says "Selected Messages: Move to folder..." In that drop menu, choose the "Delete" option, then hit the "Go" button.
