What Exactly did Supes do in Legacy?

And What happens in t "The New Kids in Town".

I dont mind the Spoilers, I just feel I'll never get to see it anytime soon.

I'm a bit brain-dead for Legacy, sorry, but I can fill you in with what I remember from "New Kids In Town"

Basically Braniac went back into the past to before Clark became Superman with the intent to kill him off. Three kids from the future, where there's like a Superman statue and all that travel back in time to stop Braniac. Totally forgot their powers, sorry! Anyhoo, they find Clark and Braniac, saving Clark and hiding him. Clark is totally tripped out that they have powers and kinda freaked and sneaks away back to his house. Braniac goes there to and Clark ends up kicking his butt majorly with his super-powers and sending him back to the future with the help of the three kids from the future. At the end the girl in the group erases his memory so that the future wont be altered.

That's a real quick summary, hope it helped some!

Be warned... it's really better if you see it without spoilers! The episode was a two-part ep where Darkseid gets his revenge on Superman by totally discrediting him (to say the least)... jar any memories?
