Giving animated stuff the expected nod, you can look forward to Steamboy and another volume of Ghost in the Shell.
Newer releases include the "wait, this was released theatrically? Really?" King's Ransom, The Upside of Anger, and XXX: State of the Union.
On the catalog front, there's The Amateur, a recut version of The Blue and the Gray, Hotel, Warm Summer Rain, and The Whole Shebang. There are a couple of DVD collections -- one with Errol Morris' Gates of Heaven, The Thin Blue Line, and Vernon, Florida (all of which are also available separately), as well as an Amazon.com-exclusive ten disc set of John Wayne movies. The Criterion Collection is having Gates of Flesh and Story of a Prostitute added to its collection as well.
There are a couple of re-releases too -- a 26th anniversary edition of The Jerk and an unrated director's cut of Not Another Teen Movie.
The obligatory dozen or so TV-on-DVD releases include the first seasons of 3rd Rock from the Sun and Remington Steele, the second seasons of The Brady Bunch, The Mary Tyler Moore Show, and Star Trek: Enterprise, the third seasons of Cold Feet, Gilligan's Island, and Silk Stalkings, Dr. Quinn: Medicine Woman, and the complete runs of Errol Morris' First Person and Mike Hammer, P.I.. There are also additional volumes of America's Funniest Home Videos and Benny Hill: The Naughty Years.
To rattle off a couple more miscellaneous releases, there's Drive Well, Sleep Carefully - On the Road with Death Cab for Cutie and The Boston Red Sox 2004 World Series Collector's Edition.
For a list of some of the best prices as well as the latest price drops for existing titles, check Mike Frezon's weekly thread on the Home Theater Forum (http://www.hometheaterforum.com/htforum/showthread.php?s=&threadid=238518) and SalesCircular.com (http://www.salescircular.com/). A relatively comprehensive list of this week's releases can be found at DVD Talk (http://www.dvdtalk.com/reviews/bargain.php) and ComingSoon.net (http://www.comingsoon.net/dvd/).
So -- what are you getting this week? I might grab The Jerk.
