I kinda struggled with that title, I apologize if it's confusing. There's obviously a lot to the DCAU. A lot of characters, a lot of events, and not everything can be shown. For example, we see Batman revealing his identity to Dick Grayson, but we didn't see Dick's training or him becoming Robin. Same goes for Clark Kent or John Stewart getting their costumes for the first time. We didn't see Batman telling Zatanna who he is or Wonder Woman getting the invisible plane.
So, my question is what event you know happened but wanted to see? Personally, I'd like to see more of John or Wally's origin.

Flash's Origin story wasn't shown.
I'd like to know when Hawkgirl came to Earth.
I'd like to know exactly when the Justice League was formed.
We didn't see Green Arrow become Green Arrow.
We didn't get to see origin stories for nearly half the heroes and villains on Justice League.
We didn't get to see how the Teen Titans were formed.
We didn't get to see BB's origin story.
We didn't get to see how Starfire came to Earth.

We didn't see Batman telling Zatanna who he is
Hi,
In the BTAS episode with Zatanna, we learned that young Bruce Wayne (using a pseudonym) and Zatanna learned the magic craft under Zatanna's late dad. Young Bruce gave her a pet name of sorts, "Zanna," I believe. In that episode, Batman called Zatanna by that name, so she figured out Batman was her old friend. Since she knew Batman was from Gotham, and could guess what her friend would look like as he got older, she probably knew that Batman was Bruce Wayne.
Anyway, did the show go into specifics how John was chosen to be a GL? I know it's nothing like how Kyle became one in STAS. I wouldn't mind a bit more details.

Dick leaving for Bludhaven.
That was covered in "Old Wounds."

We never saw Superman introduce Supergirl to the Kents, or anything of her introduction to Earth and her adjustment to her new home, or her grief over the destruction of Argo and the death of her mother.

I always thought that JLU that at least a few heroes origins are covered in their own spotlight episodes.
I hoping that at some point we get to see how John Stewart got the ring and if Wally is the only Flash in the DCAU.

I'd like to see Superman's years between Smallville and Metropolis, the second part of his origin. Back when he used his powers to help people but did it discretely, without the suit. The stuff that made him decide to be "Superman". The first couple issues of Birthright did a good job with that.

We never actually saw Zatanna knowing it was truly Bruce. Maybe she put two and two together after she saw a picture of Bruce or maybe Bruce actually kept in touch and revealed alot about himself in the letters.
What we haven't seen was Batgirl's brief stint as Oracle. It was hinted in the episode "Touch of Curare". She got shot and found other ways to fight crime, then went to Gotham Police academy to train as an officer where she met her future husband Sam

Here's a few things I'd like to see straightened out:
Batman clearly knew Etrigan, Hawkgirl, and B'wana Beast before they made their "debuts" in B-TAS, JL and JLU respectively. These aren't typical "Batman"-type characters, and I would like to know how he came to know them.
The Green Lanterns: The impression I get is that John Stewart has been a Green Lantern longer than Kyle Rainer in the DCAU. Since the DCAU has co-opted Hal Jordan's origin for Rainer (he was given his power ring by the dying Abin Sur), where was John Stewart when all this was going on? Training with Katma Tui? This would seem to render moot the need for Abin Sur to seek out a successor, unless it was the Green Lantern's Corps' plan to give Stewart some other function, like assigning him to another space sector.
Wildcat is clearly older than most of the JLU (except of course for the immortal ones like Wonder Woman, and the magic-powered ones like Etrigan and Dr. Fate, who may be immune to aging), and the impression we got was that he had been superheroing since many of his younger peers were in diapers. How many other members of the JLU are part of this generation? Since most of the Seven Soldiers of Victory are now a part of JLU, were they ever a team before?
What is Nemesis doing in the Justice League? Jeez, he's not even a superhero!

How about the much-ballyhooed "Apocalypse of '09"?
-TimWasn't it the "Near-Apacolypse of '09?" If it was an apocalypse there wouldn't anyone around to talk about it afterward, now would there? :D
I'd like to know what made that near-apacalypse any different from the numerous other near apocalypses they've had over the years. Must've been a doozy.
And I second the notion of the story of how Batman knew Etrigan. And, for that matter, how Superman knew Dr Fate. For years I thought that I had missed the episodes explaing these two respective meetings. *shrugs* I was young.
And I don't think this even really counts as anything but speculation, but I never really bought the Darkseid killing Turpin scene in Apokalips Now! I wasn't a huge fan of Turpin or anything, it's just that I could have sworn Darkseid used his Omega Beams (?) to zap Mannheim over to some slave labor camp on Apokalips. I'm still waiting for Superman to run into a run-down Dan Turpin on Apokalips. On the other hand, he did put a beating on Superman with those beams. But, who knows? There are always possibilities.

Darkseid has two type of omega Beams teleport an death. He obviosuly used the death beam on Turpin, as his ashes were seen and it added to the emmotional aspect of the episode. Leave Turpin alone he is dead, end of story their are no possibilties..

I can see why they wouldn't want a depressed Kara, but it would've been nice to see the Kents react to her.

Zatanna meets him as Batman in 1993 and joins the Justice League in 2004. I wonder how their relationship grew and if she was ever consulted by the League or asked to join before.

Yeah, especially with Etrigan. By "The Demon Within", Jason Blood had already known Bruce Wayne was Batman! How did that happen?!

We don't really have a frim grip on dates in the DCAU, so it's entirely possible the Near-Apocalypse of '09 (what ep of BB was that first mentioned in BTW?) could be the events of "Question Authority"-"Divided We Fall".

We know the Cadmus arc wasn't the Near-Apocalypse because the latter was Batman's final confrontation with Ra's Al Ghul, and the former... wasn't.
And the Near-Apocalypse was first mentioned in "Out of the Past", but it just got another shout-out this past Saturday in "Epilogue".

Yeah it would be nice to see the last true Ras Bats battle but the embargo makes doing the "Near-Apocalypse", near-impossible. Plus JLU is on its last leg. I'll be surprised if it is EVER animated.

The murder of Thomas and Martha Wayne. Except for an altered version with a different ending (in JLU's 'The Man who has Everything"), the true decisive event has never been portrayed in any of the JL or Batman animated series. It did appear in The Super Powers Team: Galactic Guardians series though.

DCAU Superman's "Superboy" phase, which is implied in "The Last Son of Krypton."
Oh, and after "Out of the Past," actually seeing the Near-Apocolypse of '09 would be anti-climatic.

Yea superman did travel around the world for 5 years helping people and such, its funny that would make a good stand alone show. The Secret adventures of Clark kent they could call it. It would be like 90s Johnny Quest mixed with alittle Tin Tin. Young Clark kent the asistant to Archelogist/adventurer James Masters, traveling around the world engageing in one adventure after the next. Takeing own magical monsters, mad scientists, and such.

That's great idea for a series. I see it as Johnny Quest meets Jackie Chan Adventures.

I for one at least like them to show the characters to go to the bathroom for once, not actually use it cause you know that would be sick, just go in it.
Wouldn't even have to be directly shown. Just take some random JLUer have him/her/it enter a room and show the door closing and there being the man/woman bathroom sign on it or it could be the reverse show the door and a some random JLUer put his/her hand on the door and have it open some then switch to something else.
Now if they have done this in other seasons that isn't JL/JLU or Batman Beyond, or BTAS season 1, I haven't seen it.

The first thing that springs to mind is in the TNBA episode "Joker's Millions" (I think it was), where there was a fake Joker in the Iceberg lounge. He goes to the bathroom and his paint starts to run. I think Batman interrogates him there or something, it's been a while. But hey, he was in the bathroom.
And I think I might have to say no to Near-Apocalypse '09 unless it was a DTV that actually came out in 2009, a couple years after Justice League Unlimited ended. I like speculating about it, but at the same time, I do want to know some deaths (I have the feeling J'onn might have died, hence his abscence in "The Call", where his telepathy would've been instrumental in finding a traitor).
