Well, it looks like i-drive is closing down. :(
This is the website where our generous TTTP friends, Goopy Geer and Tommy Pickles have been hosting all those rare cartoons we've been enjoying.
So, if you've been putting off getting these files, you only have until June 18th to do the deed.

Here's the email I received from them today:

As a registered i-drive account holder, you are receiving this email to inform
you that your i-drive account, laugh4me, will no longer be accessible after June
18, 2001.
After June 18th, the i-drive online file storage service will no longer be
available through our Web site - www.idrive.com. Instead, i-drive is licensing
the software that powers i-drive.com to telecommunications carriers and Internet
Service Providers worldwide, so that they can provide their customers with
storage services that are fully integrated with their other offerings.
You will have until June 18th to remove your files from your i-drive. After June
18th, you will no longer be able to access your i-drive account or retrieve your
files.

KTURN (www.kturn.com) offers 125 megs of storage with NO (apparent) major
conditions.

Verbatim from their site:

"Other services were disappointing, while they advertised 'up to 100MB', they
delivered far less. KTurn gave me 125MB from day one. They don't make you earn it
or ask for information about your friends."

"Store office documents, MP3's, photos, videos, and everything else."

Cain't hurt to ask...;)
