:mad: Do you know this new check-out system ebay offers? I think it's a real pain. Sellers rely on it and therefore customers don'get the individual care they need. The problem starts for example when you want to have insurance ect...
Another thing that makes me angry are these stupid automatic emails by andale. Sellers assume that everything's all set and some of them don't even think of checked their email because they think that stupid email by Andale answers all of their buyer's questions. This also makes it difficult for buyers who buy multiple items from they same seller because they want to save on shipping costs.
