I just got a new camera and I thought it'd be an interesting idea to post pictures of our DVD and game shelves, then see if everyone else can identify everything on there.*
**As for whether to post this in the DVD or game boards, I had no idea. It's a mix of both, so I decided "the Cafe."
Here's mine:

I'll have mine up in a few minutes. Really messy stuff.
EDIT - I should go take a better picture to replace these two.
EDIT - Here it is.

Wheeee~ Hah, everyone will laugh at my pathetic "collection". I only buy what I must have (though the anime DVDs weren't my idea).

I don't know. It's a shining collection. Eh, doesn't quite look like I'm 19. I don't know, I'm not a movie person and I'm too lazy to buy Zoolander.
Haha, Martianinvader, do I see MarioKart DD in there?? Nice Nintendo titles (and Simpsons galore!).
And Toonmaster, you have gumby? That is insane, you're cool* I saw a Mystery Science Theater they did with a gumby short. Aww...good times.
Dark Gigi...my goodness do you have alot of DVDs. Are most of them horror? Crazy, my mom watches anything under that description, even if it's horrible horror.

Nice collection. :D Gotta love Zim. I wish I had it on my shelf.

I would say that, about, 80% of my movies are Horror movies.
My mom got me hooked on Horrors when I was 2 and loved the genre ever since.
And thanks. :anime:

Martianinvader, awesome that you have the IZ box. That's another thing I'm too lazy to buy...

My brother has a Monty Python and the Holy Grail DVD. Thus the strangest form of British humor I've ever seen.
EDIT: Here's his 3-DVD collection:

These are just the DVDs that I keep in my room, mostly titles that I've bought for myself or ones that only I watch that much. (The rest of our DVDs are downstairs in the living room.) This was the best picture I could get with my brother's crappy new digital camera.

I have my collection organized a certain way, too. First, movies A-Z. Then I have my collections grouping movies with a particular actor/actress or by a particular director together, followed by any collector's set (like the Universal "Legacy Collections"), followed by various comedy DVDs, music-related DVDs, then television shows A-Z.
:D

Moms and horror movies. Who'd have guess? It's the strangest thing.
My mom really loves Japanese Horrors, the most.
And Monty Python rules!
