I do like the pictures Tim. I saw a big picture of the Angel of Independence in my Spanish class room. Only at night though.

Yeah, I thought it'd be cool to have the maps of where we've been thus far posted up for everyone. :) It'd be too cluttersome for them to be in this thread on top of the postcards - at least I thought so.

Teams then made it to the Colonne de Juillet, either by bicycle or, if they used the Fast Forward, the Paris Metro. This structure sits on the old structure of the Bastille, a prison that was the setting for a turning point in the French Revolution.
