Would you keep watching watching BTAS if Dini and Timm left to work on other projects?

No, would be my answer. If it's anything like Johnny Bravo, Dexter's Lab, etc. even Buffy Season 4 the loss of creators is a sure downfall and the show can only be 'resussatated' if the creator/s return.

I guess I don't understand the question. BTAS is done being produced. Do you mean any future DTVs? I'd probably check them out, but I certainly would approach them with caution.
