Has there ever been a book about the history of the MGM cartoon studio? Like something of an MGM equivalent to "That's All Folks!"

There have been several books on Tom and Jerry as well as a number on Tex Avery (the French author Patrick Brion did one on each), but nothing on the M-G-M cartoon studio per se.
