Synposis:It’s wall-to-wall David Lapham (Stray Bullets) as the Eisner-Award winner and indy-sensation writes, pencils, and inks two of Marvel’s biggest icons in a miniseries for the ages! This summer, Daredevil and the Punisher vie for the soul of Hell’s Kitchen as half of the East Coast’s underworld — in chaos since Wilson Fisk, the Kingpin of crime, was deposed — scramble for their shot at the big chair. And as the city descends into chaos—as murder and intimidation become the staples of the day — Daredevil and the Punisher each seek to restore order in their own unique way. For Daredevil — who’s anointed himself the new “Kingpin” of the city — this means dispensing justice at the end of a billy club. But for the Punisher, justice at the end of a billy club isn’t justice at all. For the Punisher, justice for these animals is at the end of a shotgun. Featuring more Marvel villains than you can shake a stick at — including Hammerhead and the return of the nefarious…Jackal!!

Synposis: David Lapham (Stray Bullets) continues his electric series as things heat up between the Punisher and Daredevil! As tension mounts in the city and an innocent civilian family is confronted by thugs, the Punisher begins a one-man killing spree, slicing through the Mafia with a reckless abandon. But Hammerhead and his cohorts make a play to consolidate their power, bringing in some super-powered muscle to claim a ten-million-dollar bounty on the Punisher’s head! And Daredevil—the new “Kingpin” of the city — won’t go silently into the night. Featuring a confrontation between Daredevil and Hammerhead!

Synposis: It’s more pulse-pounding action from David Lapham as the Eisner-award winner writes, pencils, and inks two of Marvel’s biggest characters! As the mob tries to tighten its grip on New York, things begin to heat up for both Daredevil and the Punisher as the deadly assassin know as Bushwacker enters the fray, seeking to claim a $10 million dollar bounty on the Punisher’s head! And if he has to kill Daredevil in the process, he’ll certainly throw one in for free…

Now, when they say Jackal, do they mean "I cloned Spider-Man" Jackal, or have they've gotten a new person take up the Jackal name in recent times?

(Or was there two? Comic companies often have two guys with the same or nearly the same name that are not father (or mother) and son (or daughter), stolen equipment, clones, or whatever related, and have nothing to do with each other, but coincidtanlly have the same name since they're two-bit villians that get lost in the thousands of characters created.)
