I talked about this with Fone, if, indeed, prodcuing one 80's site would distract too many people from other projects, what about hosting some until some do have extra time on thier hands?
I do have a few possible candiates for that, such as He-Man.org etc, hosting seems like an easier option. Opinions.

First off He-Man.org possibly doesn't want to be hosted. :p It's a big He-Man site with it's own forums/server and domain.
Sites eat up bandwidth and potentially money. I know Fone said that Toon Zone might suggest making one, but it doesn't mean they actually want one. I can't speak for the owners, but there seems to be a rollercoaster starting to get a Filmation site... now if one was ready or asking for hosting, I'm sure the owners would look into the pros and cons, but I don't think hunting for a site to politely ask if they want to be hosted is the right way round to do things.
Not everyone wants to be part of Toon Zone! ;)

Sometimes a message is so good it has to be repeated twice.
Other times it's simply neccessary to headbutt your connection settings.
