Does anyone else think it would be an excellent if Terry became canonized into mainstream DC Comics? It would be great to have Terry exist in the LSH future and have him be the new Batman. I haven't really kept up with LSH that well, but I think it would be great if they had Batman [Beyond] canonized into the comics. But then again, that would somewhat take away from what LSH is doing with their heroes, which is having mainly heroes that are like Z-Class (not really known or not known at all).
But I still think it'd be good.

I love Batman Beyond. I still insist that it's only one POSSIBLE future of the animated DCU, and I just don't think it would work as the future of the mainstream DCU. Would it be a great mini-series? YES. But only as an Elseworlds or Hypertime thing.

Well, since Terry lived 40 or so years in the future and the Legion a *thousand* years, I don't see a "combination" of the two happening. I'd settle for just having Superboy (Kal-El version) a member again...

Well I didn't necessarily mean the enitre Beyond universe, just Terry as Batman. But then again, the LSH hardly has any human heroes, and in the One Million (at least I think it is) thing, there is a Robin the Toy Wonder who is sidekick to a robot Batman. Maybe Terry could be an android as well as the new Batman. :p
If only that idea didn't suck so hard. Okay, well maybe not in intertwined with the LSH, but have a Terry in the 30th Century who becomes the new Batman or something. Meh, well.

While I don't want the Batman Beyond show to be cannonized. To many things I didn't like. I saw this Terry with LSH and came up with the following way to incorporate it....

Terry is living in the Gotham of the future(LSH time). He has the background of the show...his dad is killed and he in his anger goes to where the Wayne Estate (long gone now) was. And in a twist on Bats history. He falls through a hole in the ground and comes upon the long abandonded Batcave. He feels a purpose again and through ways I have no way to explain of the top of my head. Becomes the Batman we know from the show...Batsuit and all.

Did you read the One Million 80 Page giant? Terry, as Batman, is in the Crisis One Million story. That sorta canonizes his universe...only...as an alternate universe, I guess.

I don't read LSH, so I don't know, but then, if I did know he was appearing, I'd pick it up.
