What is anybody take of Ragman

I have read a few stories involving Ragman, a supernatural creature who uses rags to capture the souls of bad guys. (Sorry I just coul'd bring myself to say [SIZE=1]rong doers)

in the final issue or two he took on the Batman-- and WON

i wouldnt mind seeing a guest spot (even a cameo) at ALL in JL
