I'm looking for a good site to host videos...any reccomendations?Which ones are the best out there?

You may find some for specialist hosting, like, you can host a video on a site if it's about say, wrestling or something. But video hosting costs money. Someone has to pay, and there are few who are willing to dish out thousands to let people use their bandwidth to host videos. Not to mention the 100% likeliness people would exploit such a system for hosting illegal files.
Closest you'll probably get is Freewebs, but their download speed would be less than 1kbps so, it depends how big the video is.

What do you mean by "host"? If you simply want to put up a video for people to download, you can use YouSendIt.com for anything up to 1 GB, or similar sites. If you want to stream or something, that's different.

(note that YouSendit.com only hosts for a week or so before deleting your file. Also note that you can only send out the download link to a certain number of people).
