Hey everyone, I recently decided to make a little tribute for our favorite DCAU characters in the JLU. This is really my first take on making a music video like this so bear with me if it tends to lack action when you think it should or there is just randomly funny clips in there. Its done to the song Hero of the Day by my favorite band Metallica...WOOT!!

Warning....this video contains spoilers...watch at your own risk!! Also, this is a large 28mb file, so it will take a min or so to download even if your on high speed.

Very Nice! Is Superman your favorite character? I saw a lot of him on your video. :p By any chance where did you get some of those clips? I believe some of those episodes have not been shown here in U.S.A

Nope sorry I dont have any more. Just sat down over the weekend and decided to give it a try.

Yes Superman is my favorite character but I really stried to make it as even as possible. Only problem is that nobody else can really take a beating or dish one out like Supes, so it was very hard to find good shots with the other characters.

Your right, some of these clips have not aired in the US. Thats why I said there were spoilers in here.

That would be "A Knight of Shadows, Part II" if I recall correctly.

Aaaah fan videos :) Gotta love 'em. It's fun seeing how different people would approach editing together clips, and hearing how their choice of music affects the overall presentation. Yours was quite action packed, and I liked how you used some of the more faster-paced clips during the moments when the music started strumming up (the rockets drilling into the Watchtower for instance). Also nice to see some quieter moments in there too (injured Bruce from "TDS" and the Bruce/Diana kiss from "TBATB").

If you do make another League video, which I'm sure we'd all like to see, maybe you could use a piece of music that has a bit more variety in it, so you can better match up the funny or quiet moments with the parts in the score that call for them :)

My feelings on this are kind of mixed. On one hand, you definitely did a great job making it so major props for that. On the other though, I see "JLU" and instantly figure it'll be, you know, the JLU. Instead it was all the Big 7 which was kind of disappointing. Plus I wasn't too keen on the song since I really don't like Metallica (even though you did mention they were your favorite band thus using them is understandable).

Hello again! It's great to see that you're still making DCAU music videos. You do a great job! :D

I also love the JL music video that this thread is about. When are you going to make another one? :)

You guys ought to work together on a music video. With your combined talents, you could make an award-winning music video! :cool:

First, thank you to everyone who has watched my video...over 500 views of this thread!!!! HOLY COW BATMAN!! :)

Second, I liked a few of those other videos from the link a few posts up although some of the music choises were.....questionable...but then again, hardly anyone likes Metallica any more anyway...except for us die hard Metallica Fans!! WOOOT!!

Third, I am working on a new one but windows movie maker is a very poor program and hard to make really good videos on. As requested, it will be more about the every day life of the villians instead of the heroes. So keep an eye out for that in the coming week or so... I hope.
