Who should find out about Clark's powers?

Who should find out first? I left Lex off on purpose, because that would cause all kinds of problems.

Chloe. I know there are people who think she would publish his secret on the web and in the newspapers, but I think if she knew somebody close to her who had been affected by this meterorite wierdness, it might make her look at her "mission" in a different light. It would be closer to home for her, and she may not be so quick then to exploit these people for their differences.
