It has "You Can't Do That On TV" listed in the 70's??YCDTOTV's first year was in its home country, Canada, in 1979, before airing on Nick in 1981. Last summer also marked the show's 15th anniversary AND its second and last fan convention where they revealed that a mystery highlight, "Project 131", would be a live show performed by those of the now adult actors that had shown up for the event, and that it would be officially episode 131. Since the station, CJOH, is now mainly involved in local news, the doors of Studios A and D where the show was produced were closed for good.
(I had the chance to go but procrastinated and next thing I know it's too late to set things up to head there  Still kick myself for that.)

Anyone remember Yesterdayland? Well, there's a new site called Retroland, and it's very similar to Yesterdayland.
In fact, the message board smilies are taken directly from the now defunct website.
Oh well, it's worth checking out anyway. The site's still new, keep in mind.

That's cool news! Hey,Land Of The Lost was the 6th most popular TV show of the 1990's! I LOVE Land Of The Lost! I'm glad I read that on the rebuilt website!

(I had the chance to go but procrastinated and next thing I know it's too late to set things up to head there  Still kick myself for that.)I knew most of that. But given that the 1979 episodes were shown live and the only copies that exist are tapings by early VCRs, you can hardly say You Can't was a 70's program. I mean, come on.
