The complete list is a long one. Dogs (along with cats and mice) are among cartoondom's more popular creatures.
Here's a fair sample of canines that have appeared on television:

The TV roster also includes H-B's Dum Dum, Hokey Wolf and Ding-a-Ling, and the cast of the new 'Krypto' show.
Most Disney animated features include at least one or two mutts. Some movies with more are 'Lady And The Tramp', 'All Dogs Go To Heaven', 'Oliver and Company', and of course 'One Hundred And One Dalmations'.

> Dino (The Flintstones) <
Does he really count? Though he fills the role of the Flintstones' dog, Dino isn't a canine, or even a mammal.

Scooby Doo, Scrappy Doo, Scooby Dee and Scooby Dumb.
...and the rest of the extended "Doo" family, natch.
Re: Dino: Well, technically, he was known as a "snorkosaurus", but guess he qualifies as a "dog" since he's treated as such...
While it's down until sometime this afternoon (Eastern Time), apparently, Wikipedia has various entries on types of fictional characters, including whole lists. Probably should look for a "fictional dogs" entry...
