Ok, here's the deal:

I read the news on the violent content of the episode, but that is all I know about Part Two, or Part One for that matter. I want to get opinions, but no spoilers! So please, fill us poor Canadians-without-Cartoon-Network in on what we've missed with your personal opinions rather than summaries and spoilers! Thanks, bunches! ;)

"Intense is right! I didn't notice one mistake in the animation! The camera angles added to the excitement-- MEGA! It was a non stop battle scene the whole episode!! .....I can see why Stan said it wasn't for kids. The Aquaman and **********scene wasn't for kids, at all. I actually thought **************************************5 bloody stars from me! "

I posted this in another thread, I bleeped out the (mild) spoilers. It doesn't have much info, but hey, no spoilers!! http://community.sierra.com/Images/emoticons/shrug.gif

Well, it is kind of hard to do, but I'll try to help you out.

This episode did include more violence and intensity than usual. Some have been saying that it has some of the most intense scenes from WBA since the death of the Graysons in Robin's Reckoning. I loved this episode and was on the edge of my seat watching it. IMO it was the best so far, and lots of people seem to agree with me.

Thanks for the spoiler-free opinions, guys! Here's a question:

Could you see this Aquaman as a memeber of the Justice League after seeing these episodes?

The episode contains many scenes of battle innocent people in danger and many extreme moments, but nothing you probably haven't scene in other action cartoons.
But, their is one verry intense moment, so unique to this episode which is impossible to describe with out revealing the story.
But maybe some of it's intensity and emotion can be summarized with one simple question;

To what extreme would you go, to save someone you love?

To answer the second question;
Let's just say Aquaman and the rest of the JL are made from the same stuff.
He's definitely no wana-be, And if ever the need be for a braver hero, he'd be first on their list.

Yeah, I could see Aquaman as a hero on the JL team, if you mean "Do you think that he is qualified?"

However, I don't think that Aquaman wants to be on the team and I would have trouble of thinking of a situation that would make him want to join.

I really hope that they bring him back for an ep. next season. There've been stories about the writers toying with that idea and I say go ahead!

No, it's clear from the story that there's no way he could join the Justice League. The episode is about Aquaman's love for Atlantis, and the lengths he'll go to defend and protect it and his family. It would be a complete abdication of his authority if he joined the JL.

Though it is conceivable that if any other sort of crisis took the JL underwater A-man would, er, lend a hand.
