Question about the "new Riddler's" appearances

I hope someone can help me out with this. Since the Riddler got his new image in the "Riddle Me That" storyline (LOTDK 185-189), has he appeared in anything before he showed up in the recent Green Arrow story-arc, or is this his first appearance since Legends?

I was previously unaware that the Riddler even had a new image. Once I read your post I investigated and leafed through the LotDK arc where he appeared.

I only have this to say:

WOW! What a piece of garbage!

That's DC's idea of updating the Riddler's image? Make him wear all black with a question mark on his neck? And was it just a bad artist or was he wearing lipstick?

I'm all for updating villains' images to make them look slightly less ridiculous, but the Riddler is, by his nature, a slightly ridiculous character. I didn't have a problem with a the green question mark jacket and bowler's hat.

Take this redesign back to the drawing board, DC.

What is the Green Arrow issue he appeared in?

Is it too much of a crime to give him his BTAS physical appearance, with the single question mark on the tie?
