Well, after the RotS pictures I had this brilliant idea to do one for Ghost In The Shell.

Very cool, definately your psudeo-European style. Nice center line of her body there, I love how the arch has resistaince to the dowmwards motion. The only thing I can see that is baffeling me, is her face. It's almost as if she's wearing a mask.

Oh, and the BG is good too. ;)

It is a mask... actually its a helmet/visor of sorts. Its a throwback to the manga, movie and parts of the series where she wears this helmet/visor to see while she's camoflauged or to access the net (in the series). I added it for that net-noir feel to give it the feel shes totally submerged. I just modified it to look a little cooler :p

I'd say the work definitely paid off with this one, the contrast between pale skin, vibrant hair and the almost luminous binary background is fantastic & the bubble-streams give a great sense of descent. It rocks!

I love the flow and movement I see with her body and the bubbles. I don't watch the series much and I haven't seen her in this 'tank'.. but is she charging herself? :confused: Ah yes, back to the picture, I'd like to say I miss seeing your style! Great job as always. ^^

Great job as always. ^^ Like the mask, I was playing on a lot of different images between the manga, movies and series, to give it a metaphorical feel of being totally submerged. In the movies she goes diving into Tokyo Bay and Batou tries to understand why she does it being a cyborg. Also, in the opening sequence, you see her body being put together underwater so I was playing along that idea as a physical interpretation of being submerged in the 'net.

That's really gorgeous! I love the way her limbs move in the water, and the mask and leads are a nice touch. Special notice should be given to those bubbles, though, they have an animated feel but look tangible, almost real against the backdrop. Great stuff!
