Batgirl: "Doesn't this symbol mean anything to you?"
Punk: "Well, yeah--but you're a girl."
Punk 2: "We thought you were trying to trick us, making us believe you were the Batman, to like, get our coats."
Punk: "Yeah. Everybody around here is out for themselves."
Batgir: "This is the bat. In this town it means criminals beware."
Punk 2: "So then, like, you work with Batman?"
Batgirl: "How do you know I'm not Batman?"
Punk 2: "You're a girl!"
Batgirl: "If you were a big tough guy and you got beat up by a girl, would you admit it? Or say it was a huge giant--seven feet tall, with fangs and claws who took you down?"
Punk: "Point".

"Perchance to dream"
It was just so DARK, so sad...

My favorite episode, which happens to be shown above, is Trial. It is absolutely hilarious, especially the Joker. Second is "Make em Laugh," the end is extremely funny. Third is "His Silicon Soul." Though not a funny episode, a great one nonetheless.

I'd have to say, shouting it and bouncing around while doing so, that Old Wounds is my fav...but that's because I'm obsessive over Nighty...*ahem*...anyhoo, as far as Bats goes, I'd have to say the Perchance to Dream rocked nicely. It was dark and totally had me thinking...uh...what the heck is going on here? Like in Over the Edge, but just cooler since it was Bats all by himself. Bane was also a pretty nice one, mostly for showing more of the partnership of Robin and Batman then is shown in other episodes. And off to the side, just for funniest, might be Beware the Creeper....it was wacky, insane, funny, and then....odd....

Two-Face part one or Feet of Clay part two. Good storys, both. I chose what I think are the strongest parts. The animation is especially good in these eps as well.

Gosh I did'nt memorize all the titles to each episodes like you guys but heres Mine and WHY:
My all time Favorite is "On Leather Wings". This is just the all time Fav, Episode that can best showcas the orignal TAS style, with great animation, AND THE BEST ACTION SEQUENCES...I can honestly say, that was one of the 1st episodes aired, but yet after TNAOB&R, BSA, and BB, it still remains in the top 10 best action episodes. It has thing very cinematic flare to it. What always excites me is the way Batman's face just smashes against the windsheild of the blimp. It's surprising. And realistic. I felt I was watching a Die Hard movie.
"Over the Edge" scared the crap out of me. VERY good episode.
It's good because the story gradually takes you over the edge, with out you realizing, whats REALLY going on. And by the time you do, it's paid off.
I Liked the Robin Reckoning Story So much. It take Us into the Past, Batman is wearing the OLD costume. And the animation is soo cool. Especially when he dodges the car, from Tony Zucco.
"The Clock King" episode. WOW, Batman, and Robin Using a Super-powered Gizmo, that would make the Flash Jelous. And how about that scene, where Batman has to CARRY and Exploding BOmb!! Amazing.
The Original "Two Face" Episode, AND the one wear Two-Face Kidnaps himself. Both good.I think the animation at the end of the Second one was straight out of the books. It felt like Nolan was Drawing. And the Mystery was good.
"Night of the Ninja" is my Second ALL time Favorite. I just love Seeing the Bat fight. The episode really helps develope Bruce's character, when dealing with Alfred and especially Robin. My All time Favorite line is in the episode. After Dick and Alfred Discuss, how Bruce was humbled by the Ninja: "DICK: YOU THINK HE HEARD US? ALFRED: WHO CAN TELL?
"I think that episode will be the closest we get to seeing someone Similar to Lady Shiva being animated. In the Books, she's the only Person on earth Batman cant Physically beat...consistantly. (I read a a comment from a Bataman editor who said "Out of 10 fights with Shiva, Batman would win about 4") KyoDai, was a great selfcentered character. The "Old memory touch" was great in "The Day of the Ninja as well".
"Perchance to Dream" Also a very great Episode. You all reminded me. What strikes me the most from it is 2 things. One: OH, HOW TERRIBLE WAS THAT FOR BRUCE!! Two:Great writing, I must have been in my teens, and that episode meade me realize that you can't read in a dream, because that part of your brain does not function, in your sleep.
An exceptionally cool episode was the Killer croc episode Where he Joins a Ban on Freakshow Performers in the woods, who live Isolated. That episode was to cool. It just show's how far the Bat will go, out of his element of Gotham city. This Episode shows Cros's True strength, ...He Pushed Down a Tree!!! The Whole chase scene was LONG and fun, No Lines were Spoken, just run, chase, fight, run Trace. Shows off Batman's Manhunting Skills.
And My thrid All time Favorite is, "Almost Got Him". WOO, that was real cool. Batman Poses as Killer croc, and played it well. This Episode shows his mastery of Disguise.
That's the most I can think of.

Very complex, very deep episode, both psychologically and metaphysically. I'd go on at length about it, but, well, I've already done so in other places.

I've always loved "Shadow of the Bat" parts one and two, it's just a really fun episode to watch and it introduces Batgirl!

For particular reason at all, I just wanted to know, do most of those episodes have the female characters in them?
Ohh yeah the ultimate thrill was very good.

It's hard to say, but I think that Mudslide was my favorite the first time through all of the eps. But Perchance to Dream and His Silicon Soul are at the top of my list too. Aww heck, there's probably another 8 or so I could put at the top of my list.
But I loved Mudslide because, moreso than for any of the other stories, I really identified with a character (Clayface) and I really wanted to see him kill Batman. I was pretty sad when Clayface "died".

I really need to see On Leather Wings again after so many people talking about how much they loved it. Robin's Reckoning 1 &2 is another great episode, one of my favs...once again the Nighty infatutation plays a part here...*cough*. The story was great, and so was the animation. The interaction between a young Dick Grayson and a young adult Bruce Wayne is awesome. Batman is dark but still new in what he is doing especially when he tells Alfred that he's doing it all for Dick, but then Alfred says that Dick isn't going to know that, and that he needs Bruce...and when Bruce and Dick talk and Dick cries? Oh great...now I'm actually crying *sobs*...all right bye, I need to go watch that episode again right now!

That is my all-time favorite. Hands down. No holds barred. The animation is gorgeous, with the circular photography and consistent animated style. The storyline is heart-wrenching. Can you imagine losing someone you were just getting close to, knowing full-well they technically only existed in your own tiny scope of humanity? That they only mattered to you, not even to the uncaring person they came from? THAT, my friends, is fantastic story-telling.
Over the Edge is also one of my very favorites. Dark, sad, and thoughtful. How quickly you turn on those around you for your family...

sry it took me so friggin long to get back to u man, I have ben *ahem* busy I guess.
and to answer ur question yes, LOL, almost every one o those eps have one o my fave gotham girls in it, w/ the acception of the demon reborn, b/c I hate talia so much.
and yes, the ultimate thrill was great, and its not that I love roxy or anything, dont get me wrong, I think she's pretty cool w/ that whole 'no fear' thing (love girls like that), but I thought the animaton was very good....pay attention to some of the actual moves of the characters...the camara angles are also very unique.
watch how Roxy takes out those lil Penguin girls, and that tunnel scene with batman's lil jetpack thing was very well done, as well as the last big chase scene. u could so tell she wanted b man, w/ the whole take-off-my-jacket-and-make-him-want-me thing.
the one problem I had with that ep was they acted like it was the first time Roxy and B man had ever met. .
