With The Dark Knight Strikes Again#1 reaching new heights of popularity, could more DK fun be far behind? According to CSN - we may be seeing more in the future. In a recent feature in CSN, Miller raised the possibility of more stories set in world of Dark Knight Returns and Strikes Again.

“…Dark Knight 2 isn't just a Batman story - it's my take on the whole DC pantheon, in the context of Dark Knight. It's a story full of horror, and full of hope,” he said.

“I suggested to Jenette [Kahn], at one point, that DC allow me my own little wormhole in the DC Universe, called the DKU - the Dark Knight Universe. Where I could take their gods and heroes in my own directions.

“Who knows? Could be wild!”

Given the popularity and success, DCU Executive Editor Mike Carlin was, naturally, quite enthusiastic about Miller’s suggestion. “Obviously, if Frank wants to do more of anything, we're here for him!” Carlin told Comic Shop News.

So the possibility of more Dark Knight type stories is very high. Stay tuned for more comic news here at TZN. To discuss DK2, go HERE.
