Nice List, they also own:

-The Baby Einsteins Company (Baby Einstens is Coming to Playhouse Disney this fall)
-Jumbo Entertainment (For Doug)
-SoapNet (;))
-Bueana Vista Home Entertainment
-The BV Syndication (Home Improvement, Regis and Kelly, Tony Danza, Ebert and Roper)
-Dimenson Films (Which is leaving with parent, Miramax, but will keep ties with grandparent, Disney)
-Studio Ghibli (No ownership, but the copyright on the movies is © TGNDDTM: Tokuma Shoten, Studio Ghibli, NTV, Dentsu, Disney, Touhoku Shinsha, Mitsubishi Commercial Affairs)
-The of Magazines Disney Adventures, Disney Magazine, and Disney Comics Quarterly
-Classic Lawerence-Grant Marvel Cartoons, Spider-Man and His Amazing Friends, and possibaly others
-Maybe Gemstone Comics (They very well could just be partners
-Bueana Vista Interactive
-Walt Disney Television Animation
-Touchstone Animation

Formerly
-DiC Entertainment (When they acquired ABC/Capital Cities)
-Aneheim Angels
-The Mighty Ducks (maybe still do)

Here is where things get confusing...
-Saban International N.V.
-With it came the Fox Family Worldwide Networks (now ABC Family) and the Fox Kids Worldwide Networks(now Jetix)
-Fox Kids Europe and Disney formed Jetix Animated Concepts
-Saban's Library (PR, Ninties Marvel, Digimon, Beetleborgs...)
-Saban's Production Company which is now BVS International N.V. and Sensation Animation

In conclusion only a minisicle to Time-Warner.

Compared to Time-Warner, Viacom and Sony? Hardly.
