Any ideas on how a Phantom Stranger story could work? He's not a hero, or a vilian, just an observer that only puts his hand in when apsolutly necessary. Anarchy would also be a cool character. He wouldn't have to be limited to just Batman. Maybe Chronos. I read his first story arch. He is sometimes a hero, somtimes not.

I'd love to see the Stranger show up. Heck, let's get a big ol' mystical episode with the Phantom Stranger, Deadman, the Spectre, Zatanna, and the Demon!
