Kenner's BATMISSILE Batmobile VS Dark Knight Collection Batmobile

If you have both of these not inexpensive Batman items which one do you prefer?

I prefer the Batmissile version I really like the cockpit and the size of this one. The Dark Knight Batmobile is a little too small for my taste, the cockpit is also kinda small for the figure and I don't really like the turbine missile, on the other hand, the pop-up flame is awesome :) But overall I like Batmissile one better (not to mention because of the blow-apart action :D )

Just to clarify something: I did NOT buy them for $400+ and took them out of their boxes. I got both of them in a mint loose condition for $50 :)

The Dark Knight Collection Batmobile is hands down, one of the coolest toys ever made. It's got pop up machine guns, the turbine missle, the pop out flame that comes out because of "hidden" buttons, and a DETAILED cockpit.

The Batmissle just pops apart, and not very well at that.

While we're on the subject. Kenner did things right some of the time. They gave us the Batskiboat, the Batcave, which is a cool liitle playset. The Batmobiles, And pretty much all the important BTAS characters, which are some of the best sculpts ever. And they added some stuff that wasn't in the movies, but are cool nontheless. The Bruce Wayne Custom Coupe, The JokeMobile, and various others.

The Quick Change Bruce Wayne from Batman and Batman Returns are uber-cool.

Althought they got lazy with the BTAS Robin...and the Batman Returns Penguin.

But the Super Powers scale they used for the first two Batman movies was really cool. God knows, when I was a kid, I played with Kenner stuff all the time.

I agree in the past Kenner/Hasbro even knew how to make cool Batman repaints and vehichles that did not show up in the movie. I really like the Arctic Batman (although he's white) the ice blaster gun is really cool. The repainted Batman figures did not look too bad as they do now.
I also like Laser Batman because it was my first Batman figure.
The Catwoman figure they made was really cool, one of the best female action figures ever made.

Yeah Kenner Hasbro now used to be a lot better. BTAS got a lot of the major villains right. STAS sucked. Totally off model. TNBA wasn't bad either, but BB was downright embarassing. Also I can't believe they're doing Mission Masters 4. Are they ever going to make some new sculpts???

Oh and the best Batmobiles are the BTAS and the TNBA one. They both look awesome. Yeah I know the insides of both aren't accurate to the show, but their outside appearances are great.
