JL Reserve??

Maybe, sometime during season 2, they should form a Justice League Reserves. This could be a place to put various other heroes who don't put as much work into the JL as even Batman. It would provide a good place to put various other JL heroes ( Dr Fate, Green Arrow, Black Canary, Atom, Metamorpho, etc. ), and could save the JL once or twice.

we already have trouble dealing with all of these characters...adding more would give us even less character development.

It's not a bad idea...but...The Justice League isn't really established yet. And as far as i know, the comics JL reserves happened a while after the JL was formed, to bring in other heroes to combat threats that for some reason the JL can't handle alone...such as WWIII
