Just turned back to JUNE BUGS and they are now showing "The Grey Hounded Hare" in time-compressed form. I worked last night, so does anyone know if any of the other ABC 'toons have been shown this way?

Didn't notice any others that way. However, I noticed that there had been some time-compressed versions of the perennials "Bully for Bugs" and "Duck! Rabbit! Duck!" airing before, but both films were at normal speed. same with "Bean stalk Bunny". Fair trade I guess.

The only two premiere cartoons that were time compressed were "The Grey-Hounded Hare" and "Hare Brush". That was pretty amazing. All the other prints shown of the premiere cartoons looked and sounded great (well, except for some rather crazy edits).

Also, CN has always shown "Bully For Bugs", "Duck! Rabbit! Duck!" and "Beanstalk Bunny" at normal speed anyway. Trust me... I've seen them many, many times and am 100% certain they have been shown at normal speed all along.

You're right about the other two, Jon, but BEANSTALK BUNNY used to be shown on CN time-compressed. I even have one copy of it on tape.
