According to their news section, the 30th is when its coming out.

Which for you guys back when you posted would be tomorrow, but at the time of my post its to-"day", but since its still in the morning and I'm obviously up way to late (gonna be wasted at work). It'll probably be up later in the day.

Got to love that preview though.

Got to love that preview though.Well, obviously my computer isn't synchronized with the time where I am, plus I just now realized that SirLemming posted after 12:00 and shortly before I did, making my pointless point untrue for him

That's it, I'm hitting the sack for the sake of all of us, but mainly before I humilate myself more with more stupid posts that need more stupid posts pointing out what I did wrong with the first stupid posts :p

A note to Waterman:

Lying to your fans on your blog about details about the eighth episode is not funny. It just isn't.

Because...WOW that sucked. I mean, I understand the whole "you've been waiting", but even if it came after seven about a day later, I'd still say it sucked.

Presumably we're suppose to get an ACTUAL (gasp!) episode. Nope! A RBF music video littered with a few jokes...

And, yes, this is the piece of crap that was delayed two months. The one that had "wonderful animation" and was gonna be the "greatest thing ever"...

Since August I've reguarly checked the Waterman page, day after day, waiting for this event...and no more am I, except for Monday, in which I'll be looking for an apology from Bryan. If it's not there, neither am I...

^Your expectations seemed way too high. Waterman has always been a lame, unfunny ripoff of Family Guy.

The visuals were actually okay, by only major problem with them was that the Reel Big Fish video section was rather boring. There were very few attempts at visual gags at all, instead we just get animated Reel Big Fish playing with the Waterman characters. Come on man, this band has actually had concerts and videos more funny and interesting than that. There were a milion ways to either make fun of Reel Big Fish, or make fun of music videos, or make fun of the musical guest star concept, or make fun of anything. Instead we get what? Waterman singing? What the hell is that?

This extends to the writing as well, as mentioned RBF is a very fun band and they're given (With the exception of them being mad that Waterman used "Give it to Me" for the theme) crap dialogue. They really could have had more fun with this band then they did. They could have at least pretended that every line between that and when RBF started playing didn't exist for the purpose of the episode not just being a music video.

As for the lead in, it was just boring really. Lame jokes, honestly I just wanted to get to Reel Big Fish.

Maybe more people should post negative comments in hope that Mr. Waterman will come here to rebut. It's pretty easy to get under his skin.

It's pretty easy to get under his skin.Actually on his blog (http://watermanstudios.blogspot.com/) he seemed kind of upset about the negative comments (Which seem to be in bulk) while at the same time making excuses like saying it's just an internet cartoon and it wasn't supposed to be that funny.

Frankly I think he needs to understand this, I can listen to my RBF ablums and watch RBF videos anytime I want. Seeing an animated version of the band singing what isn't even one of their better songs is not interesting to me, especially when their singing is presented in a boring light. While I understand it must've been really cool to be able to work with the band, that doesn't make the cartoon really cool. Having Reel Big Fish do some voice work for you does not make up for a boring and poorly written script.

What's even worse was that he LIED about the episode. It was supposed to be about Waterman winning the lottery and hijinks ensue, what the HELL happened to that one?!! It better be episode IX, I'll tell you what!...

The music video was underwhelming and that was the main point of the episode. Some of the other parts were kinda funny but thats it.

The only part that even made me crack a smile was the last quote from Dillo. The whole thing was a huge disappointment.

I just have to wonder what it was supposed to be. It wasn't entertaining.
