For those of you who don't listen to O&A, Chris Jericho was on the show last week and has this to say in response to this email: "Ask Chris about Lita banging Edge behind Matt Hardy’s back. Watch him squirm.”
I’m not squirming about s*** man. That’s a s****y situation and it’s wrong and shouldn’t have happened. You know, I’m not squirming about it. I got nothing to be ashamed of. But it’s bad business man. They fired Matt Hardy as a result and how could you be sitting at home rehabbing your knee and a month later you lose your girlfriend and your job for doing nothing wrong, you know what I mean? So squirm on that mother f*****. That led to Matt emailing the show and getting on the air for almost an hour today. They discussed the whole situation in detail. Basically Matt is through with Lita, and was fired because it's easier to get rid of the guy who hasn't been on TV in six months than the guy in the midst of a World Title push in order to avoid a physical confrontation.
Unfortunately I suck at remembering things, but I don't know if we have any other O&A fans here and it was quite the interesting conversation. I'm sure either Opie & Anthony.com (http://www.opieandanthony.com), Foundry Music (http://www.foundrymusic.com), Cringe Humor (http://www.cringehumor.net), or Wackbag (http://www.wackbag.com) will have the interview up sometime today.
