I just found this link that details a three-part show airing on BRAVO in May. Check it out - could be interesting, though some of the lists leave some to be desired.

Wonder Woman pushed out of the (vaguely-defined) top five in favor of Lara Croft and "Bond girls" on the "vixens" list (and... "vixens"?!)?! Indiana Jones at what may or may not be the top of the "best hero" list (think they misspelled "Superman" there ;-) )?! Erm...yeah... sure, whatever. :-)

I'm a little miffed that Two-Face didn't even make the top 50 villains list (an obvious 1960's Bat-bias here) and surprised that Poison Ivy and/or Harley Quinn didn't make it anywhere on the vixen list.

It makes me think this is a list that Joe Average came up with, rather than a broad spectrum of intense comic book nerds. :p

I mean, I'll watch it, but come on. Anyone can pick out from movies that were just released (come on...Hellboy...Bullseye...seriously...).

Yeah, and check out that villains list again; they lump all the "James Bond villains" into one selection at #13. WTF?

Their top five in each area, I could definitely agree with, but still...why is CHUCKY on that list?

I think any list that incorporates Spawn and anything from Austin Powers loses any credibility that it might have had in my eyes.

I mean, Austin Powers? Are they serious?

Is the fact that someone couldn't be both a top superhero/villian and supervixen - why seperate out the women in this list? I would argue that Wonder Woman deserves top 10 billing in the superhero category. The Incredibles (while a great movie) don't belong anywhere near this list either. Basically this list is the top heros/villians of the hour. . .nothing more.
