Image Comics in July 2005: What Are You Buying?

Hot on the heels of Marvel's advance solicitation info (even if it looks like it was posted earlier...):

So what are you going to buy?

The only remaining titles I'm picking up from Image are Beyond Avalon and The Stardust Kid, both of which come out in July. Flak Riot is looking better and better as I see more of it. I'd be more excited about the Mage: Hero Defined HC if it weren't for the awful job Image did in the Mage: Hero Discovered reprint (two lines of text were missing and some of the artwork was mangled).

Lots of people are saying nice pretty nice things about Sea of Red, so maybe I'll try the TPB.

$5 for Invincible.. that's a tad pricy just for a 25th issue, tons of pages so it will probably be well worth it. Silencers sounds interesting, I figure I'd give it a chance like I gave Armor X a chance. While Marz has done wonders with Witchblade.. it really hasn't been anything special, hopefully things continue to improve with that book.

I don't care for a $4.95 price point, but it is extra-sized and we finally get a Science Dog tale, which should be awesome.
