Eyes (http://abc.go.com/primetime/eyes/) needs more viewers to stave off cancelation, so I'm begging ya, check it out. It's a kick-ass show, and Daly is excellent (and smoking hot) in it. If you like it, tell everyone you know about it--every bit helps.

Mods, I know this is most probably waaaay off-forum--but really, it's where the highest concentration of Daly fans in the boards hang out, and Eyes desperately needs the extra viewers. Nevertheless, if you feel the need to move or lock/delete the topic, then do so.

I actually started a thread about "Eyes" in the Entertainment Forum when the show debuted 3 weeks ago. This would likely be more appropriate over there. I do agree with you that "Eyes" is an excellent show. I have watched the first three episodes, and they have been great. Tim Daly is excellent as Harlan Judd. I encourage everyone to check it out. It has a lead-in from Alias, so hopefully people will stick around after that show and catch "Eyes".

This will indeed go on over to the Entertainment Board--and I do indeed love "Eyes" as well. Fun fun show...which of course means it will be gone within a few more weeks, as with everything else I enjoy watching on TV. :p

But, with the thread moved, a redirect will still exist in DCAF, so users are able to head on over here too.

What gets me about this show's tentative cancellation is that, despite the "disappointing ratings" it's been getting, it has come in 3rd place every week. The two shows beating it are Law & Order and a CSI spinoff. I think ABC is getting a little too accustomed to instant hits like Lost and Desperate Housewives, and they forgot that sometimes a show that goes up against 2 dynamos isn't always going to come out on top. NBC is coming in 4th place with everything, but you don't hear about them planning to cancel one of their new, acclaimed shows.

I sure hope ABC doesn't cancel "Eyes". It is a really good show, and I think there are a number of interesting stories that can be told. Granted, it's going up against Law & Order and CSI:NY, but "Eyes" has a lead in from "Alias", one of the best shows on tv. I hope ABC realizes that L&O may be near the end and CSI:NY is one CSI too many, and give "Eyes" a fair shot. Besides, Tim Daly is so awesome as Harlan Judd. :D :D :D

I'm watching and I really like the show. I'm also a big Tim Daly fan from his "Wings" days and it's nice seeing him on TV again on a regular basis. So I don't want to see "Eyes" get the boot.

I used to like Wings, but the parade of Wings stars getting press is really getting on my nerves.

By...parade you mean two? Lowell and Joe? That's all I've seen in the media lately...and I never see the "Wings" names attached to either one.

Lowell? I've been calling Thomas Haden Church Evil Lord Thomo lately.

I used to like him... until I found out that he's as phony as his Sideways character.

Yeah but he's been around ever since after Wings, so he's not really in the parade...well, maybe leading it. :D

He didn't start to act egotistical until after the Oscars. In past weeks I've read interviews where he acts a bit high on his new popularity.
Although I have to admit that he loves his ranch a BIT TOO MUCH. He's OBSESSED with the thing and it's all he ever talks about!!!
