Are you worried about losing sleep over missing anything leading up to DC's mega-event, Infinite Crisis? Never fear, for DC has a solution to your woes. Their website has released Crisis Counseling (http://www.dccomics.com/features/countdown/index.php), a webpage updated every week with the any parts of the puzzle leading up to IC out of last weeks shipments of books.

Thoughts?

There seem to be a lot of people around here who need to work through their Blue Beetle grief.

Seriously, I'm jazzed about this. I have access to pretty much read whatever I want for free; I'm excited about the Infinite Crisis, and glad to have an update on what's going on in side issues.

Gee. Um. Nice summary, I'll give it that.

Now I don't have to spend the $1 on that "Countdown..." book!

When I saw this headline on Newsarama, that was my first thought too. I thought DC was offering a support group or something for JLI fans.

"Hey, stop crying. It'll all be okay. You've always got the back issues, after all..."

Seriously, though, this is pretty darned cool on DC's part. Most comics fans probably can't afford to pick up all of the Countdown-related miniseries, so this is a rather gracious and easy way to keep fans in the loop.

Then again, it could also be DC's way of alerting readers to comics they'll have to buy to get the "full Infinite Crisis experience," much like the old crossover checklists of years past.
