Why hasn't he appeared at all since that brief appearance on Intiative? He's too good of a character to be put into cameo limbo. He could do a teamup episode with Batman and maybe throw in Proteus as a villain

I was just wondering this myself recently. I'd actually love to see the Creeper team up with Flash and Booster Gold - not just stick him with Batman a bit predictably. There's a big cast, and one should take advantage of it.

I was thinking about this the other day too. It seems really, really odd that the Creeper hasn't shown up outside of "Initiation". I started to wonder if it was because he somehow fell into the embargo, but the Demon got a pretty prominent appearance, so they must just be saving him for the right story, because, really, the Creeper as portrayed on Batman didn't really seem the 'leap into battle against a cosmic god' sort of guy. Or maybe he does. He was a little 'off', right?

Have a good day then.

I am looking forward to seeing more Creeper as well as the other one episode camoes; Waverider, Sand and Metamorpho. Next season sounds right GMahler.

The Creeper generally lends himself to more light-hearted romps and we already three comedy episodes in the first season of JLU, so I think the 3rd season would be a good time for him to show up.True, but on the one episode he was on (B&R 'Beware the Creeper), he stole the show.

The Creeper was a laugh out loud riot to watch. The only time I ever laughed harder than at that show was when I started watching Megas XLR. :zim:

The Creeper is the only person that Joker considered crazier than he (Joker) was.

Joker on his knees begging Batman, "HE'S MAD I TELL!! MAD!!" *ROTFL*

Since BT can not use the Blue Beetle in JLU, I am sure the Creeper and Booster Gold (who was hilarious in the JLU ep 'TGSNTold') make a great comedy superhero duo (okay trio with with Booster's robot Skeets). Those two could make on a great comedy episode for JLU, Booster playing straightman to Creeper's whacked out personality.

If they do use the Creeper, I hope they bring back Jeff Bennett as the Creeper, he knocked out a home run in his last go of the character.

Is Sand even on the team? I once thought Nemesis was him, but...it wasn't.

I'm surprised we didn't get Metamorpho or Orion as well as Creeper, since we've heard them talk before and now they're on the team. If Zatanna, Etrigan, Steel, and especially Aquaman can have lines, these guys should too.

As for Creeper himself, I still wonder why Batman even approved of Jack Ryder using his other identity.

As for Creeper himself, I still wonder why Batman even approved of Jack Ryder using his other identity.Batman didn't really want to at the end of the B&R ep "Beware the Creeper". Batman told Jack (Creeper) to leave on the skin patch that keeps him sane.

Jack took off the skin patch about a minute after Batman left Jack's apartment.

Maybe Batman puts up with him because the Creeper is one of the few people that the Joker is honestly afraid or, with good reason... The Creeper wants Joker's head on a platter and to date Joker's girlfriend Harley.

What's The Creeper, really? I'm not completely superhero-savvy. From what I saw of his only episode, he's a Joker ripoff that's supposed to be crazier. But from the way people are talking, he's supposed to be more...well, then what IS he? Is he good or evil?

He's a shade of grey, like most of the characters in the DCAU. Definately not evil, but probably incapable of doing too much good at the same time. He gets crazy when he doesn't use his patch, and sets out on wild adventures, but isn't a baddie. I wonder how he was asked to join the League though. Guess Batman wanted to keep an eye on him.

I'm definately looking forward to seeing him return, but Jeff Bennett is a must.

I wouldn't mind seeing The Creeper and Metamorpho make one appearance in JLU -- but not more than one. Actually, I'd like that one episode to feature them both at the same time! I like the idea of adding Booster Gold, and having the three of them go on a mission together. (Lots of unintentional humor ensues.) :)

What would be good villians for this trio to face though? Creeper really isn't very powerful at all, especially by JLU standards; Booster Gold has his technology, and Metamorpho would be the real powerhouse of this trio.

The way it should be done:

Have a humor themed episode with Flash leading The Creeper, Elongated Man, Booster Gold and B'Wana Beast.

That would be an episode to remember.

That's the episode of my dreams.

Ideally, it'd be pretty cool to see an episode which teamed up all the Ditko heroes: the Question, the Creeper, and Blue Beetle. I think that could be a lot of fun. Unfortunately, the legal issues surrounding Blue Beetle make that all-but-impossible.

A man can dream, though. A man can dream.

Throw in Blue Devil and a scene where they all play dumb so that Vibe doesn't come along with them and it'd be perfect!

I love it when bad things happen to Vibe.

Here's an idea: A Question/Creeper teamup. It'd be very "Odd Couple"-esque, with Creeper playing a hyperactive Oscar type to Question's more obsessive Felix. It'd be fun to see their different personalities interact. (Even without BB, it could be great fun!)

That's also a good idea. I really adore the Creeper, and also the Question. It'd definitely be an interesting team-up episode, though I'd probably honestly expect a third member to the party considering there are so many characters in the JLU that, in all likeliness for an episode, there'd be at least third member. Possibly Green Arrow, I'd think, since it'll be twice that he'll be teamed up with the Question in JLU, why not a third time?

Though just the two of them sounds pretty funny to me.

Where you see a sitcom, I see potential for destruction, the likes of which the DCAU has never seen. The Question could rain doom upon the pop-tartlets and bubblegum boy bands of the world just by telling the Creeper they were made of candy. Scary stuff!

That's like teaming up Fox Mulder (Question) with Ace Ventura Pet Detective (Creeper).

But I would pay money to see it. ;)

Heh, when ever I think about the Creeper, the name "Freakazoid" pops in my head. God I miss that show...

I'd love to see the Creeper appear in the third season, and I love that idea with the Question team-up.:)

Yes, Sand had his trademark gas mask on. This is the former sidekick of Sandman, Sand. Nemesis' face is viewable whereas Sand wears a mask.

I call him yellow-skinned wacky man. Seriously, I don't know anything about the character except what I learned from "Beware the Creeper." An episode that made me laugh. I didn't get the impression that he'd be too good as a team player, however, and seeing him politely and quietly listening to Superman's speech in the premiere was kind of surprising. Maybe Batman sedated him, or maybe he's just learned a little self control over time. Somehow I doubt we'll be seeing much more of him on JLU, but if we do I hope they keep him crazed and out of control-he's funnier that way!

So what episode was Sand in? "Initiation"?

Now that I think about it, there are probably a certain number of people recruited to the Justice League just so one of the main heroes could watch them. Maybe Metamorpho or even Aquaman. Batman probably recruited Huntress for that purpose, and it wouldn't surprise me if Creeper was recruited for the same reason, so Batman can control him.

As for Captain Boomerang, he rules.

Yes, Sand, Waverider, Metamorpho and Creeper all only appeared in "initiation". The rest have gotten two to dozens of appearances.
