I can only think of three at the moment:

"Haredevil Hare" ("Crumbly Crunchies"),
"Mr. Moocher" ("Hank The Dentist"), and
"101 Dalmations" ("Canine Crunchies").

Are there any others I'm forgetting?

Oh, yes. Remember Log? :D

I'm not so sure I'd count R&S as really classic in the true sense...maybe as a modern classic though.

Also, the Woody Woodpecker cartoon "Balleyhooey", a spoof of 1950's TV, had many fake TV commercials. If I remember correctly, so did the Chilly Willy cartoon "Little Televillain". :D

One of my favorite Bullwinkle gags was this TV ad

"Greasy, grimy, goopy goo...That's what's in our new shampoo...GUNK!"

Paramount's "Klondike Casinova" has Bluto's caged bears singing a fake commerical song to a real commercial tune -- the old Pepsi jingle (Pepsi Cola hits the spot/12 full ouces, that's a lot/twice as much for a little bit/Pepsi Cola is the drink that's it!). And 1949's "The Fly's Last Flight" repeats a gag from "Sock-a-bye Baby," only in this one, Popeye punches out a radio to knock out a singer in another town doing a commercial for Super-White toothpaste.

Also, IIRC, the Terrytoon Cinemascope "It's a Living" takes Dinky Duck through a couple of fake commercal jnigles, but it's been a while since I've seen that cartoon.

The Chilly Willy cartune Little Tellevillain has Smedley watching Chilly on the security monitors, running through various comercials, including a cigar that explodes the smoker!

There was also Flod, the World's Most Perfect Cube of Fat. :p :

You can...
Strap it to your butt!
You can wear it as a hat!
You can show it to your dad!
You can drop it on the cat!

Nelly's Folly is the 1# worst toon I've ever seen.

When he's a chubby hubby/
He's a happy pappy!/

Actually, it's:

Make your hubby happy/
Keep your hubby happy/
When he's a little chubby/
He's a happy pappy/
With Rockenspiel/

I hope all you wives out there are taking notes....

In the Angry beavers episode "Three Dag Night", Dag sings the ad for an E-Z Clone Microwave Oven
"E-Z Clone, E-Z Clone, first there's one, then there's two."

There are a few commercials in Avery's TV Of Tomorrow - and remember Barney Rubble singing in the tub for "SoftSoap?"

I just remebered that "Lights Fantastic" has a few jingles. Like the one with the stick men.
