1. When did Barry reveal his identity to Iris and Wally?

1a. For what reason did he reveal his Secret ID?

2. What issue did Barry propose marriage to Iris?

2a. What issue did they get married?

3. I've read quite a bit of online summaries about Flash Of Two Worlds. Has it ever been mentioned how Barry and Jay Garrick first met in Post-Crisis?

Thanks

1. When did Barry reveal his identity to Iris and Wally?
Wally -- Flash (1st series) #120.

Iris -- Forget when, but some time after their marriage, he mumbled the truth in his sleep. He had actually revealed his identity earlier, knowing the knowledge would be erased. He promised to reveal it again to her once they were married, but didn't.

1a. For what reason did he reveal his Secret ID?
Wally -- Kid Flash had proven his worth. Plus, the two of them would be in close contact during a yacht trip, so Barry thought it a wise precaution in case of trouble.

Iris -- see above.

2. What issue did Barry propose marriage to Iris?
I believe it was the same issue they married, Flash (1st series) #165, but I'm not 100% sure of that.

2a. What issue did they get married?
Flash (1st Series) #165. Professor Zoom, disguised as Barry, almost married her instead.

3. I've read quite a bit of online summaries about Flash Of Two Worlds. Has it ever been mentioned how Barry and Jay Garrick first met in Post-Crisis? Yes, in Secret Origins #50. The new version is that the three villains projected Keystone City into some sort of limbo space, making the world forget it ever existed.

Thanks You're very welcome.

Actually, Barry did keep his promise, since he talked in his sleep on their wedding night. This was revealed during the couple’s first anniversary in The Flash (1st series) 174.

And the issue where he made that promise after he first revealed his ID to Iris (after which her memory was erased) was The Flash (1st series) 156.

Iris also found out Barry’s secret ID in a letter from Major Disaster in Green Lantern 43. She also learned Hal Jordan’s from Carol Ferris, who received a similar letter. In that story, she and Carol lost their memories due to a traumatic shock from an earthquake, and GL used his ring to restore their memories -- except for the knowledge of his and Flash’s IDs.

As for question #2, Iris was referred to as Barry's fiancee in Showcase #4, so he proposed marriage to her before he became the Flash. We actually see this proposal in Mark Waid's "Life Story of the Flash" novel.

Barry was only married once, to Iris.

However, when for several years he believed her dead, murdered by Professor Zoom, he started up a new relationship with a woman named Fiona Webb. They got engaged, but just as they were about to marry, Zoom returned, threatening to kill her too. Barry, desperately battling Zoom to save her, ended up a no-show at their wedding. To make matters worse, when Fiona ran out of the church crying, Zoom made a dash for her. Barry tackled him and broke Zoom's neck, killing him.

Flash ended up on trial for murder, but was eventually acquitted with the help of a juror who was possessed by someone from the future. The someone turned out to be Iris, saved from her murder by her parents in the 30th century. After the trial, Flash settled with Iris in the future.

Thanks for the answer but now I have more question.

1 does that mean iris is alive? Yes. In fact, she has made several visits to the present, usually regarding Wally or her grandson Bart/Impulse/Kid Flash II (who like his grandmother, was born in the future but is living in the present)

2 Is the zoom in todays comics the same one that was killed? No.

3 How or why are F/Z enemies? I know about the original. The origin differs, however.

In Pre-Crisis, Zoom had this grudge with the Allen Family. He created a costume that granted its wearer super speed, and used it to teleport himself into the present. His grudge with Barry became an obsession where he wanted to replace the hero. He almost married Iris in Barry's place, and later, getting a rejection from Iris to love him, he ended her existence in her original body (Iris' parents from the future managed to transport her soul into a new body).
In post-Crisis, the man who became Professor Zoom was Eobard Thawne. He was a 30th Century crazed fan of the Flash. His obsession ranged from plastic surgery (to look like Barry), killing people to gain Flash memorabilia like the Cosmic Treadmill, and exposing himself to a painful treatment that gave him superspeed. Using the treadmill, the fan went into the past to meet Barry and get an autograph.
However, an error in his part sent Thawne into the era after Barry's death, during Wally West's reign as the Flash. Convinced this error was fate, the fan thought he was in this time to become Barry. He went to the Flash Museum for research, where he discovered facts that were missing in his time. One fact was the identity of the Reverse Flash, and the fan discovered that it was himself. He would die at the hands of his idol!
Traumatized by this betrayal and death, the crazed Thawne thought the best way of survival was to stay in this era after Zoom's death. This thought deranged his already crazed mind, forcing him to forget his past and believe himself to be Barry. Indeed, Wally, Jay, and company met him and believed Barry was back from the dead. However, Thawne's insanity and jealousy of Wally's achievements as successor made him turn against Central City for forgetting 'him' as the speedster (at this point, the identities of the three Flashes were public knowledge). Wally soon found out Thawne's true identity and helped him remember. After a battle, Wally tricked Thawne into returning to his own era, the experience rendering him amnesiac about this experience with Wally. However, Thawne would fulfill his role as Professor Zoom the Reverse Flash, ending, as history portrayed, with his death at Barry's hands.

4 Who is the fastest out of the 3 flash? Wally.

A little more on Pre-Crisis Reverse Flash:

Barry donated one of his costumes for a time capsule sent to the 25th century. However, when it turned out that another object inside it might undergo a nuclear explosion soon after opening, he travelled to the future to retrieve it. There, he learned that Eobard Thawne had stolen the costume soon after it was opened. Thawne used 25th century tech to amplify remnant super-speed wave patterns within the uniform, residue of Barry's powers, to allow anyone wearing it to gain super-speed. Intending to become a super-villain, he symbolically reversed the coloring on the uniform. Barry stopped him and retrieved the explosive object, but Prof. Zoom eventually sought revenge...

Incidentally, you can find a full synopsis of the story here:
http://www.wtv-zone.com/silverager/sasar5/archive111.shtml

As for the new Zoom, he's Hunter Zolomon, a police profiler who befriended Wally. The son of a serial killer, he devoted his life to understanding the criminal mind. While training for the FBI, he did analyses of several of Barry's enemies, including Professor Zoom, He was one of many officers who supported Barry during the Prof. Zoom murder trial and who felt Wally (as Kid Flash) had betrayed Flash when he gave testimony against him.

A top notch student, he was taken under the wing of his instructor, joining his team and marrying his daughter. However, everything went wrong when a bad call by him led to his knee being shattered, his father-in-law dying, the FBI sacking him, and his wife divorcing him. He ended up working for the Keystone police and meeting Wally.

After being permanently crippled by Gorilla Grodd, he asked Wally to use the Cosmic Treadmill to go back and change what happened. Wally refused, citing the dangers of time travel, so Hunter tried using it himself.

Things went wrong. Hunter found himself living in hyper-accelerated time, able to mimic (actually, transcend) Wally's powers. Losing his mind, he decided that Wally's problem was that he did not understand tragedy.

So, like a "good friend," Hunter Zolomon became the new reverse-flash, Zoom, so as to teach him what suffering was all about, starting with an assault on Wally's pregnant wife Linda that killed their unborn twins.
