I knew that people discussed Smallville over there, But I wasn't sure if they were supposed to or not. That's why I asked...thanks Calhoun07.

Oops, I didn't realize you had visited that board already. :o Yeah, that's a perfectly acceptable and preferable place to discuss all things Smallville! Sorry I didn't directy answer your question before, but no, there are no plans to develop a Smallville board, all things Superman can go on the existing board.
