Hi. This is a poem that my sister wrote. I found it saved on Microsoft Word, and it was so beautiful that I had to post it somewhere. Reading this makes me wish I could write poems half as good as hers.

Stargirl:
The Voice Lives On
Differences are unwelcome here
As in many places
She feels no fear
As she passes through the angry faces
The time goes by
Acceptance is rare
She never understood why
They all hated her there
He finds her
As the days go on
All emotions stir
Never knowing she would soon be gone
Enchanted places to open your mind
To let your thoughts wander
Try to let yourself unwind
Thinking the whole time and becoming even fonder
Of each other, hope feelings will never fade
But soon will come a change
When a choice must be made
Between her and them although it may sound strange
Today it is all different and she is gone
Did he make the right choice?
Were his thoughts all wrong?
Times have changed but through the years most can still hear her voice.
