Wow - Reboot is way in the lead. I'm sorta surprised by this. How come Batman, Superman, or Batman Beyond aren't listed? Ah well, Reboot would be my vote if those three shows aren't on the list.

LOL...the fact that Sailor Moon gets more votes than DBZ shows that this is an unrealistic representation of the general populace.

Not very many people must be voteing if DBZ has two shows beating it.

I'm kinda surprised Dragonball Z isn't in the lead. Hey, I didn't even know Reboot was still that popular, I mean I like it and everything, but I didn't think anyone else still did.

Must be a bunch of Reboot fanatics voting 10 or 12 times...same with Sailor Moon. Only Sailor Moon fans would go to the length of telling their internet Sailor-chums to go vote for it.
Trust me, DBZ is the most popular show on Toonami.

Reboot and sailormoon more popular then dragonballz?
 did my eyes deceived me? I thought DBZ was one of the most popular CN shows and the fact that they show it so much. :)

Yes, well, obviously the DBZ fans can't use the computer. Rebbot fans can (which is probably why they like reboot)
and this Friday they're airing the 1st two eps. of Season 4, which I have yet to see, and since I'm lost..it'll be a good thing.

I doubt that this is the problem, especially since "dragonball" was the most searched-for term on search engines during 2001. More than Britney, more than Osama, more than anything else.
Something's really, really wrong with that poll.

Yeah. I visited some "ReBoot" fan-sites and many of them linked to that poll, in addition to the newsgroup alt.tv.reboot.

GW only has 4%. It's not even close. If there was a crying face I could put on here, I would. I really don't pay attention to that poll anymore anyway.

I was shocked at the poll's results, too. I figured DBZ or Gundam Wing would probably be #1. I can't believe that it only got 4%!

Toonami's polls have always been strange.

I can explain this......
1. The poll was set in the fall, shortly before reboot came back on. THe fans at the reboot news group started a mass petition to bump up the numbers. It was also the least aired show out of them all at the time of the poll's creation.
2. Batman or Superman isn't on the list because they planned on bringing back at least one of the shows later in 2002 with the Batman vs. Superman poll.
3. The numbers don't reflect the best show. The poll was semi-buried in the site and wasn't that easy to find. Just because people vote doesn't mean that all fans of each show voted.

Hey, I just thought of something... Maybe the results of this poll could be used to bring those shows back on Toonami, because it shows it has a good fanbase , more than DBZ even.
But even I know this is never gonna happen.

That is kind of sketchy, I think someone was really bored one Saturday and used this fast cable modem to constantly vote Reboot over and over and over....

OK, I 1st posted this on AniGen a month or so ago...
I checked back a few days ago....and Reboot still has a solid lead...
I think part of the problem does in fact lie in the fact that the poll is kinda hard to find, unless you're looking for it...and that it probably isn't getting the hits it could be.
Web polls aren't scientific...it's whomever enters it..
As to CN bringing back certain shows that are doing well in the poll...
Sailor Moon is no longer an option..they've lost the rights last I heard...
Reboot is dependant on whether MainFrame makes the (true) 4th season...
GWing is moving up (albiet slowly) in the poll...I'm sure there's more Gundam in Toonami's future.

Some disagreement they had with Clover Way, I think.
But hey, they DID show the SM movies...
