It's a parody of the faux-reality show "The Joe Schmo Show", which aired on Spike TV. In this story, Stan Marsh thinks he is on a reality show called "Drawn Together", and he has to share a house with the eight cast members of an actual cartoon called "Drawn Together", which he doesn't know exists.
