Why can't any new members register?

My friend wants to register but he can't somebody explain.

Brian Cruz has to approve all memberships (to weed out as many spammers and the like as possible), and every once in a while he takes a few weeks off due to the stress.

Eventually, yes, he will be able to register. Brian's on pretty much every day (since he does own TZ), though I don't know when he'll turn on registration again.

I have to admit, I did too.

The newbies would have been like, "WTF?" and "This place is wonky," respectively.

But I approve...Cruz - well I gues he and maybe two or three others- been around a while--- could really keep toonzone a vibrant communty by weeding out the "spammers and the like" which is a great idea... It has been said, that the two guys at "Google""approve every single new hire, personally...I guess they haven't done too bad either..and this Cruz guy, well he has done a great job too..so keep it as it is..Look at the history of this place, and you will see an incredible wonderful change, all to the good..A group once said., and they were right.............."Let it Be."
