Little on that list that I haven't already bought (e.g. Ikki Tousen) interests me, except for R.O.D. TV. But I don't want to start buying a series on the second volume. I did that with Kiddy Grade and was thoroughly confused.

I've just come back from BB

I got:

ROD the TV 2
ROD the TV 3(With Pencil Board)

Alas, couldn't find a ROD the TV Vol 2 with the Pencil board. Mmmm.. Nenene

Ordering Vol 1 from digital Eyes.

That's weird 'cause they're supposed to have the pencil boards inside the DVD case with the liner notes.

Either this is a later printing of the discs or that was a returned one and they didn't return the board with the disc. 'Cause all my R.O.D discs have boards when I first bought them. 'Course, I bought them right when they came out. But still, I haven't seen any R.O.D volumes on the shelves without the little sticker that says there's a pencil board inside.

Maybe you're just unlucky. Well, at least you got a hell of a deal. Still, without the pencil board, it's a bittersweet victory. 'Cause man, those boards are the most fanservice-y things I've ever seen! But I could have done without seeing a naked Junior in the latest volume. Also, I feel like a dirty pedo for even looking at the Anita one.

Some Best Buy stores will also have a Heat Guy J pack of three DVDs for $20. This is a very nice deal. BTW what did the pencil board look like that was included in volume 2 of R.O.D. because I too haven't been able to find a #2 with it.

I picked up the Last Exile set to day. :happy dance: But it wasn't a box set. Just the first 3 shrink wrapped together. Better than nufin.
