Since This is the month for Krazy Kat, I'd thought we'd do a little Krazy poll.
What's your favorite Krazy Kat cartoon from Columbia?
I voted for the one true Columbia Krazy Kat cartoon, "Lil' Aingil."

As Much as I love "Lil Anjil", I had to go with.....

"Bars And Stripes" (1931)

This is a definte cult classic cartoon, when Krazy get into a sword fight with a violin and the throws the violin out the window, the violin looks directly at Krazy and says "This Means Waaarrrr" as the muscial instruments declare a "fight to the death" war on Krazy Kat.

This cartoon is simply a early sound masterpiece from the Columbia Studios...Columbia Cartoon musical director, Joe De Nat conducts a wonderful musical score for this short and timing of the music is excellent to go along with the action.
