PSP's video playback?

I know Sony sells a program, but there's also freeware out there.

Anyone have any luck converting video for PSP-play? Tyler pointed out PSPVideo9, and I got some Toonami intros on the handheld...

I tried converting a small video with Rapiz's converter, but it took forever and I didn't have the time. I plan to try again this afternoon.

Update: I just converted a few .avi files to my psp using that PSP Video 9 software. The first one I used the default quality setting and it came out poor. The next video I upped the format quality and the video came out perfect, while only adding a few more KB worth of data. Both uploaded easily to my PSP, and both only took a few seconds to convert. PSP Video 9 is much better than Rapiz. Much better.
