I sometimes (aw heck, 98% of the time) log into Toon Zone on another computer. I can do everything normally, except for change my avatar.
A message comes up (I'll have it here later). So I, today, come here (to the computer where I registered) and change my avatar (finally).
What's the problem with the other computer? Is it some IP restriction that I should know of?
