Does anyone know what ep Stewie says the line (something like) "Lois, did you you go to the University of DUUUUUUUH?"

For example, in what episode was Louis baking Pillsbury cinnamon rolls when the Pillsbury Doughboy say said to Louis "hey, what the hell are you doing you crazy bit..." as she made a cinnamon roll out of him?
